2 cup smoked chickpeas
2 cup smoked sweet potato burnt ends (or just baked sweet potato)

1 tablespoon Pure Grit BBQ Sauce
Dash of black pepper and salt to taste
Equipment & Pantry.
Steps.
Mash with a potato masher or pulse in a food processor. Do not over blend as you want there to be some texture.
Separate into 4 equal parts or more depending on preference. Roll into balls and then flatten out into patties.
Cook in the oven, skillet or air fryer. Bake 8-10 minutes in a 375 degree oven, fry 4-6 minutes in an air fryer, or throw on a hot skillet, 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with our Pure Grit Ranch, queso and coleslaw on a bun or throw on a salad or in a bowl.
